Our Yoga classes are run by experienced yogi Jo Hogarty. Having practised yoga since she was just 7 years old, Jo is extremely dedicated to the practise and is eager to share her passion with you. Whether you want to improve flexibility, mobility or release stress, Jo’s classes are suitable for all abilities from the novice upwards, and, more importantly, her classes are always lighthearted and fun.
Qualified Pilates Instructor Beata runs our Pilates Classes. Beata has been in the fitness industry for 25 years, teaching Pilates for 10 years. Beata promotes the benefits that Pilates can have on core strength and flexibility, as well as coordination, posture and stress relief. You’ll learn how to engage deep internal muscles of the abdomen and neutral alignment which can help you to move more freely.
PILATES – Mondays, 1-2 pm
YOGA – Wednesdays & Fridays, 12-1pm
£7 per class. Pay cash on arrival.
Members can book via the MINDBODY app.
Non-members welcome too.
Please bring a mat and some water, and wear comfortable, loose or stretchy clothing.
