  • 4 week meal plan to fit your tastes and lifestyle so you can be sure that you will achieve your goals
  • Weekly check in with our nutritionist on progress, to help keep you on track
  • 2 video/face to face consultations a month
  • Coaching on food choices, what calories and nutrients are in different foods, and how to achieve your goals within your lifestyle
  • Body composition scans at the star, middle and end of plans.
