26 May Member Spotlight – Peter Smith
This is Peter, he came to us with the objective of rehabilitating a few lower body injuries and to become generally healthier and fitter as a result of prolonged inactivity. At 69 years young he has made excellent progress towards improved fitness and functional ability.
It’s never too late to start, the rationale behind “i’m too old to do that” is completely redundant as long as you source the right coach who can design and supervise a progressive exercise program to ensure improved health and longevity.
