Our boot camp/group fat loss sessions are suitable for everyone, from very beginners through to the advanced gym goer and of all ages as to allow you to work within your own capabilities. We deliver real functional training in a manner that elevates the metabolism, promotes fat burning hormonal output, and improves practical strength and endurance whilst be performed in a highly motivational environment, full of fun and supervised by a Pinnacle Coach to help you achieve your health and fitness goals within a realistic time frame. Each boot camp client receives a welcome pack detailing the specifics of the boot camp and the nutritional recommendations that coincide with the exercise to ensure you achieve your goals.
