Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pinnacle Performance & Training Ltd works on an appointment based schedule and an online booking service to allow you to book an individualised time required for your specific service or session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are going to be late for or wish to cancel a session it is important to provide Pinnacle Performance & Training Ltd with sufficient notice.
Should the client wish to reschedule an appointment or make a cancellation, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Pinnacle Performance & Training Ltd will do its best to accommodate this. Notice of between 24 hours and the session time and date will require a 50% payment of the session fee whilst no notice or no show will incur full payment of the session fee.
If the client is late for a session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time. If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
Sessions will be pre-paid or paid at your first session before commence of exercise and will be due at the time of the initial appointment. Payment for sessions must be made prior or at the first session. Bank transfers, Standing Orders, Direct Debits or Cheques are to be made payable to: Pinnacle Performance & Training Ltd.
Block bookings must be paid for in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance. However, all sessions must be redeemed within the service duration or date of purchase. All monies paid are non-refundable .
Cancellation is permitted where an athlete or client is not able to participate in a single sessions for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the athlete or client are not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued.
